Key Responsibilities:
• Spearheading the whole gamut of activities pertaining to the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems, whilst ensuring strict adherence to building legislation and standards of performance quality, cost and safety.
• Accountable for interpreting architectural drawings and specifications, simultaneously discussing various functions/issues with architects, engineering professional, other professionals and trades workers to ensure smooth functioning of the operation in an efficient and effective manner.
• Defining project objectives and plans, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, set performance requirements and creating a detailed project planning schedule.
• Responsible for the administration of contracts including scope of works & tender/contract preparation and correspondence whenever necessary.

• Streamlining the preparation of delay analysis and extension of time claims on a monthly basis for seamless functioning of activities leading to optimal growth chart of the organization.

Key Responsibilities for Jetty Construction Project:
• Undertaking responsibility for the overall execution of marine piling works as well as concrete works of Jetty Construction at GPC Company.
• Scheduled/delegated work assignments to ensure production of construction materials and provided technical inputs for construction ascertaining better work flow.
• Spearheaded a team of foremen for executing different types of job and identified bottlenecks and recommended corrective actions for the same.
Key Responsibilities for Etihad Airways Medical Centre Project:
• Managed all aspects of the project as a main contractor including civil, MEP, fire alarm, firefighting, public address, nurse call system, medical equipment and interior design.
• Coordinated daily and weekly meetings and resolved problems/ issues related to the construction project to ensure work is completed within the given time frame without compromising on quality.
• Managed, monitored and evaluated the overall performance of sub-contractors to achieve established targets within the set time frame.
• Managed site supervision and inspection; estimated cost and communicated with consultant, client, managers, sub-contractors, vendors and end users (doctors) to ensure that tasks are executed in accordance with set procedures.
• Monitored quality standards and safety measures on the site and ensuring that all HSE policies are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities for Al Gurm Resort Project:
• Oversaw the execution of marine piling works by means of Permanent Casing and Vibration Method.
• Managed the development of baseline schedule; executed, revised project work plans, identified resources needed and enforced project standards in conformance with quality assurance procedures.
• Directed, monitored and coordinated all site activities of the project to guarantee project progress in accordance with the approved construction schedule.
• Lend a helping hand to the PM in maintaining project management documents in compliance with applicable standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities for Port Hera Naval Base, Dili, East Timor (North Australia) Project:
• Assisted in execution of marine piling works via drop hummer, constructing steel jetty assembly steel pontoons and rendering services for pontoons.
•Carried out structural site inspections and investigation periodically, thus formulated reports of the same and submitted the same to the senior management for further corrective measures.
• Assumed responsibility for issuing violation notices and accordingly suspended the work orders for issues not complying with design, approved drawings and issued rules & regulations.
• Devised and sustained project capital and non-capital spending plan as well as project financial justification consistent with overall goals and objectives of the organization.
• Facilitated the use/integration of project and contract management systems into day to day operation of the business for smooth functioning.
• Coordinated all process and functions with various consultants/contractors and clients regarding inspection and to ensure timely completion of project within budgetary constraints.
