Job Responsibility and Authority: Inspect all kinds of MEP works at site. Approval of materials, shop drawings and samples. Coordination between different MEP services. Coordination between MEP services and other project associated services. Manage the MEP engineers for site inspections. Attend the site meetings to follow-up the MEP issues. Resolve technical MEP issues. Coordination with design section of NEB head office. Coordination with client MEP staff. Ensure the local authorities requirements. Ensuring smooth handling over project to client or facility management agency after completion Managing the project progress & payment approval to the contractor accordingly

• Create sales strategy. • Tender and follow up tender requirement and its process. • Register with consultants and processing pre-qualification. • Create a connection with contractors. • Submit Technical Documents & submittals. • Responsible for the oversight of all on-site construction activities related to the Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEP) disciplines. • Coordination of all MEP related pre-construction and construction operations, including coordination of both the work of MEP Contractors as well as non-MEP Contractors as it relates to, and interfaces with the overall MEP installation work. • Scheduling, organizing and sequencing of the work of the MEP trade field workforces through direct interaction with the various trade field supervisory personnel. • Development and monitoring of construction schedules and associated manpower loading charts. • Review of trade coordination drawings to assess constructability. • Tracking, inspection of all MEP related installation activities to ensure conformance with the project schedule, compliance with the Construction Documents and a quality installation. • Control of jobsite expenditures, in assigned area, for labor, equipment, material and services and ensures field operations are within the budget.

- Arc welding practice, inspection and Gas cutting.
- Supervisor of assembly pipes fittings and valves.
- Research the methods of welds test
- Supervising welding underground and vertical tanks.
- Supervising a tank tower welding and assembly.
- Testing welds for leaks.
- Testing welded steel pipes with pressure & vacuum test.▪ Supervision of fabricating high pressure LPG, Gas oil and diesel loading and unloading stations.
▪ Responsible for providing daily inspection of construction work within the MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) discipline to ensure the project is in compliance with plans and specifications
