• Manage 10+ Sales consultants in Central region.
• Support other regions specially in Operating Lease Deals.
• Prepare annually business plan for Central region, and make sure to do not conflict with other
regions plans.
• Prepare budgeting plan, then send to board for final approvals.
• Monitor stock availability and raise flag in case of shortage according to market requirements.
• Ensure GM sales excellence across the region and sales operations.
• Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key accounts
management, expenses, profitability, market research and brand strategy.
• Create and follow up monthly meetings with clients.

• Startup customer Database.
• Recruit Sales representative across Kingdom.
• Startup Agreements with Petrol/Diesel stations across Kingdom.
• Daily visits to prospects clients.
• Create business plan for short term Sales achievements, and check progress with
Company director on Weekly basis.
• Spread agreed quarter target on available Sales representative according to short termSales
business plan.
• Second visit with Sales representatives to close new deals.
