KEY PROJECTS & ACTIVITIES:
East Gate Housing Project, Riyadh (Al-mozaini Real Estate Company), Under Supervision of Ministry of Housing (WAFI PROGRAM), Housing project located in the east of Riyadh, with an area of 6, 546, 929 sq. m. The first stage consist of 2140 villa cost about SAR 1.15 Billion and infrastructure work for M6.5 m2 (Potable water 120 km Length and Storm Water Networks 26 km Length) cost SAR 1.3 Billion.
Faculty of Medicine Al-kharj Client: Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, mechanical works is HVAC System (Chiller system 1800 ton), Plumping, and Fire Fighting System (water and gas) total cost SAR 135 Million.
Project: Crown Plaza Hotel Client: Minhal Company
5 stars Hotel 11 floor consisting most of Mechanical Systems, HVAC System (Chiller 2200 ton), Plumping, and Fire Fighting System (water and gas).
Housing Project (Hafr Albatin) Client: Ministry of Housing
The project is located in the Hafr albatin, with an area of 1, 250, 000 sq. m. consist of Housing: 900 villa cost about SAR 325 Million.
Infrastructure work: Reverse Osmoses Water Treated Plant WTP capacity of 3000 m3 / day, Deep well, pumps And Sewerage Water WTP capacity of 3000 m3 / day, potable water network 23 km and Storm Water Network 20 km. cost SAR 285 Million.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Acts as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, contractors and site team. Monitors site progress and makes sure that the work carried is as per K&A specification and QC procedures. Processes daily site information, such as Submittals, RFI's and Shop drawings. Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the construction supervision space and adopt best practices, where applicable.
Support Project Manager with managing client relations and expectations, responding to client clarifications on technical and contractual issues, and organizing inspections by third parties, as needed.
Follow up with the Contractor to receive all contract documents prior to construction commencement. Reviewing technical calculations, Material submittals, shop drawings, And Review the documents with the Contractor and forward any RFI (Request for Information) to the Project Manager.
Follow up with the Contractor for documents that have been approved by the authorities
Review material submittals and verify that they are abiding by K&A standards, specifications and local rules, codes and regulations
Review all shop drawings submitted by the contractor and ensure that all details are included. Forward approval to Contractor
Conduct a site inspection to ensure that the works are carried out as per the approved shop drawings and K&A standards
Prepare regular progress reports for review by the Associate Project Manager.
Supervise the filing and archiving of supervision files
Support the Project Manager in attending to correspondence letters and reviewing monthly contractors’ payments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervision of Mechanical Works Plumbing, firefighting and HVAC systems design (Thermal loads estimation, carrier HAP, Air distribution, smoke ventilation calculations, Chilled water pumps, Piping and sizing, Equipment selection). Worked on Supervision of most applications. Included in most projects stages such as concept reports, MEP requirements, schematic design, final design, BOQ, specifications.
In-depth Study and Final Approval of Drawings and Technical Submittals for Mechanical Works.
Co-ordination with Sub-Contractors and other Engineering Disciplines for proper execution of the Projects.
Keep updated record for MEP quantities executed at site to verify and to approve the monthly payment certificate.
Inspection and Testing as part of commissioning for Final acceptance of all Electro-Mechanical Installations such as HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting systems, Standby Generators, Submersible Pumps and Mixers, Filtration Systems, etc.
Manage and control the site Junior Engineers and Inspectors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review the contractor’s submissions including: method statements, procurement plans, technical submissions, schedules, technical queries, shop drawings, and technical studies according to the contract drawing and specs requirements for the (HVAC, Plumbing, Infrastructural, Firefighting, Lifting & Pumping Stations, Reverse Osmoses Water Treated Plant, Deep well, pumps And Sewerage Water Treated Plant).
Assist and monitor Contractor & Specialist Sub Contractor progress.
Coordinate the Mechanical work with Architectural and Electrical departments.
Provide support and site engineering inspection to ensure technical compliance with the approved contract specifications, working practices, and drawings for building and infrastructure work.
Installation of the plumbing Works (water supplying, derange, sanitary fixtures and domestic water pumps with the underground water tank) including hydro test and disinfection.
Installation of the Infrastructural Works activities which include Potable Water, Irrigation, and Sewerage & Storm networks using (GRP, UPVC, HDPE and Ductile pipes).
Installation and construction of mechanical works of R.O and sewerage treatment plant STP plants permanent MBR and temporary MBBR delivered by (Veolia) Co.
supervision all HVAC works for installation of( split, concealed & package) A/C types
HVAC duct installation and insulation including of smoke or light leak test.
Installation and Pressure testing for various types of Pipes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
An active member of Sustainable and Renewable Energy Research Group (SURERG) - Master degree - under direct supervision from Pro. Dr. Ir. Fraid Naser Bin Haj Ani
Conduct full research and experiment about ‘Biodiesel from Jatropha Oil Using Microwave Irradiation with Heterogeneous Catalyst’ and published paper in World Biotechnology Congress 2013, Boston, USA
Presented paper with colleges about ‘Modeling and Simulation of a Double Inverted Pendulum on a Cart’ - IGCESH Conference - Malaysia
Contributed in Design renewable energy system for remote village, Design Wing in Ground aircraft. Design renewable system - Drinking water processing plant at Banggi Island - Malaysia
Duties & Responsibilities:
Construction and installation of the HVAC works (duct & equipment’s ) with all process & components for big commercial mall as per the contract drawing and specs
Cooling load estimation, System selection (Chilled water System, Package) Ducted Spilt,
Spilt Unit, VRV Systems, Duct and Pipe Design, Ventilation and exhausting Systems.
Construct and install of potable water pipe system (main line and branches)
Construct and install of sewer water pipe system (main line, branches and manholes)
Carrying out the testing of pipe lines and networks (sewer & potable water) Commissioning and hand over to consultant engineer.
