Manage and coordinate daily activities and supervise maintenance tasks.

- Attend design review meetings with client and vendors.
- Studies and technical evaluation of of bidders' offers in I&C/DCS scope.
- Review of Engineering documents and generate reports and comments' sheets.
- Review, preparation and issuance of technical submittals to the client.
- Liaise with procurement department to procure I&C equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and owner and prepare for co-ordination meetings to follow-up progress and ensure conformance with contract packages time schedules and prepare and facilitate site activities.
- Verify that plant instruments and equipment are in compliance with project contract and specification requirements, conform to design operational feasibility, and are set up and tested per the supplier's requirements.
- Supervise and witness installation to ensure conformance with contract specifications, and international/local codes and standards and generate punch lists and reports.
- Prepare commissioning and start-up tests procedures and supervise and witness them to record and report any errors, shortcomings, anomalies, or deviations from codes and standards during the tests and suggest corrective actions.
- Knowledge of ANSI, ISA, SAMA, NEC, and IEEE international standards.
- Attend co-ordination meetings with other departments staff to prepare for maintenance activities schedule and priorities.
- Liaise with the operation department to generate work permits and to isolate equipment and processes to execute maintenance activities.
- Supervise maintenance activities (preventative/predictive/corrective).
- Check and approve spare parts.
- Prepare for overhaul schedules and document and report the progress.
- Check I&C installed equipment and spare parts to ensure compliance with the contract specifications, design drawings, and data sheets.
- Review the supplied Operation & Maintenance documents to ensure and approve its sufficiency for operation and maintenance activities.
- Pre-commissioning and installation supervision during plant erection phase.
- Commissioning of control systems and instrumentation.
- SIEMENS PLC S7-300 and S7-400 installation, configuration, and commissioning.
- Supervise maintenance activities (preventative/predictive/corrective).
- Maintenace and calibration of field intruments.
- Check spare parts compliance with data sheets specifications and report the comments.
- Assembly and maintenance of PC's and related hardware equipment.
- Programming languages instructor: C, Assembly, Fortran, Basic.
- Maintenance of electronic equipment.
