Develop Operating Plan of the Outlets to increase revenues
Control the Operation Cost to ensure Optimum profits
Review and Coordinate with Purchasing and Main Store department to make sure All needs are fulfilled properly with stock level
Review The Outlet’s KPI with the management Team to develop the performance
Establish Quality Department System and develop the operation standard

Devise and review specifications for products and processes
Monitor the quality of raw material or intermediate products for suppliers for reliability
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standard
Follow up in food safety and personal hygiene to deliver highest QSC
Ensure that all team follow the operation standard to improve quality, reduces variation and remove non-value added
Planning and putting the goals to achieve the results
Communicate the company mission, vision, strategy and policies with all levels of management
Provide team with the required training, coaching and authority to act with accountability
Ensure that all team understand customer requirements to exceed expectation and increase customer value, loyalty, repeat business, revenue and market share
