And the daily follow-up of the implementation of all the said through the holding of periodic meetings with department managers
The management of the kitchen department, the banqueting and catering department, the room service and the meeting rooms for the level of service provided by the establishment and to reduce the cost and increase the profit desired (which is one of the most important management of profitability in the hotel)
Marketing and promotion of all the services provided by the hotel in full and keen to increase profitability and achieve the profit goal of the establishment
Provide the necessary offers to the target customers to ensure maximum achievements
Management of the kitchen department of the 4-star Maysaloun-Tabuk hotel
- Managing Chefs and kitchen staff and coordinating them with the Food and Beverage Manager for kitchen purchases, menus and cost of food (pricing)
- Applying quality standards in relation to the health and safety of the customers.
The work was in the kitchen department of the sweets department of the Food and Beverage Department
It was a good stage in which the manufacture of many varieties of Eastern and Western sweets and bakery
