Making Contracts with big Supplliers to keep supplying for important raw materials for our organization
Responsible for all kinds of purchasing issues, making required deals with companies to get best prices, Making monthly PO depends on consumption, handling with warehousing & costing Departments to achieve to goals & avoid any shortages . treating with all vendors which has needed items we use.
Making all tasks which related with purchasing, making deals which matching with cash flow of company, set deals with bigger companies which has critical items which needed to make best contract for, searching for requirements of company by best quality and suitable prices .
Journal entries, petty cash, general accounting of the company ( clients - invoices - banking - Final budget ) .
