CURRENT JOB
I have worked for Global Technical Services (GTS) CO is system integrator for (YOKOGAWA CO) as an automation system engineer from 6/2013 till now it covers wide area of business environment including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing and Utilities in Egypt and worldwide. Support service includes design, engineering and implementation of their solutions and I participated in DCS Project for Delta fertilizers and Chemical industries co (ASMEDA) & GIZA North Power Station project where
My responsibilities in ASMEDA project were:
• Configuration and programming of DCS including I/O assignment, Control Loops, Boiler Ratio Loops, graphics and networks architecture
• Create CWP packages including scope of work and drawings, such as loop drawings, installation details, Instrument datasheets, location drawings, wiring drawings, GA/IA, System Architecture, SLD, Internal Wiring, DDS, FDS and heat dissipation calculations based on YOKOGAWA system
• Prepare controls related deliverable like control narrative, cause and effect matrices and network architecture
• Instrument installation and field calibration.
• Installation, supervision, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Pre FAT, FAT, SAT and start up Activities.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, engineers, and other disciplines
• Participate in the professional development of less experienced members of the department/team
And in GIZA north power station project were:
• Installation, supervision, Commissioning, SAT and start up Activities like (loop check - function check - implementation of SCR - implementation of communication between YOKOGAWA and other systems using OPC server and MODBUS protocols).

And a good experience in power station field, water treatment station, design of electrical service, metering, switchgear, motor control centers, electrical distribution systems, protection, instrumentation, SCADA, street lighting, maintenance of equipment machinery, industrial plant environment -Strong background in automation electrical control, HVAC, three phase electrical power network, pneumatic and Strong background for PLC, HMI&VSD SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
o I have worked for (ELECTRO HYDRAULIC AUTOMATION CO) from11/2011 to 5/2013, is one of the biggest companies working in the field of Industrial Control systems in Egypt, it is supplying, programming and installing control systems for production lines using PLC, SCADA. Where I work as a project engineer,
o My responsibilities are :
 Complete design task for automation
 Reviews all documentation on maintenance procedures
 Circuit diagram design using CAD software such as AutoCAD.
 plc programming and installing of servo and ac drives
 Design Of MCC
 HMI and SCADA tasks
 Adjust communication using several protocols between plc , (AC or DC VSD),
Indicators and temperature controllers like (mod bus -RS 232-RS 485-profibus-user defined)
 Deal with many types of motors like ac, dc and servo motor and their drives
 Design and develop machine control software and assist in circuit design for full line automation systems
