• Investigate and analyze customer complaints and product non-conformance incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations, including proper handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and tools used in the mixing section to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure
compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
•Conduct regular inspections and audits of food preparation areas, storage facilities, and service areas to ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation
practices.
•Monitor and evaluate food handling, storage, and preparation processes to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
•Collaborate with the management team to establish quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve overall quality
performance.
•Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures, including proper food handling, hygiene practices, and customer service standards.
•Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to quality issues and take appropriate actions to address and resolve them promptly.
•Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and recommend improvements.
Conduct a wide range of medical tests and analyses, including but not limited to
hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, and molecular diagnostics.
• Collect, process, and analyze patient samples using appropriate laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with established laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and quality control procedures.
• Interpret test results, prepare accurate reports, and communicate findings to healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide expert advice on appropriate tests, methodologies, and result interpretation.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
