Managing, leading and implementing the licensing process for medical staff incumbents, including dealing with verification companies or governmental entities. Manage and monitor all medical practitioners’ verifications and ensures that Sidra and staff are in accordance with the licensing process and procedures provided by the Supreme Council of Health (SCH). Ensures medical licenses are up-to-date and checking the status on new Medical license applications. Design and develop the HR Support and Services system for government relations, relocation and licensing.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Leading the licensing team and monitoring the workflow and process
• Designing and preparing the government relations reports.
• Coordinating and designing the electronic workflow between HR, Government relations, recruitment and other functions including the process.
• Created and developed the HR Support and Services System for government relations, licensing, relocation, Housing, Travel and Support Services (Information Technology, office services, security, and other functions).
• Training Sidra staff on the work and implementation of the HR support and services systems
• Created a partnership relation between Sidra and SCH to share and implement licensing updates and to smooth the medical licensing processes.
• Work closely with the SCH to facilitate licensing process for Sidra Practitioners.
