 Control & Plan
o Responsible for the operations P&L and KPIs.
o Prepare annual Budget Control expenses based on forecasted volume and keep Production Cost competitiveness.
o Prepare production performance reports for management review.
o Review (monthly) manufacturing capacity in line with existing equipment's, head count and other constraints versus demand and backing

o Take immediate actions to all customer complaints by responding in short time for replacement/rework of products and Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction is achieved.
o Supervise the company’s supply chain and inventory.
o Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
 Team development and support
o To lead the Production, to manufacture the different types / ranges of air filters at the correct quality to meet company's goals for both quantity and quality at the right time based on the customer's requirement.
o To lead the production planning to Scheduling of works for production in order to meet the Production capacity, Machine capacity & delivery dateline
o Follow up operations training program with the Senior Quality & Sustainability Manager/MR and ensure all Production Technicians / Operators are qualified in their respective operations.
o To lead the team to Be aware and implement the Health, Safety, Environment & Energy-saving policy and Hazards, Risks and significant aspects - Impacts associated with their work activities.
o Follow up on training program to ensure all production department employees are qualified in their respective operations.
o Follow up operations training program with the Senior Quality & Sustainability Manager/MR and ensure all Production Technicians / Operators are qualified in their respective operations.
o Create a culture of strict adherence to specification / procedure and the values of internal customer relationship.
o Ensure effective communication link exist with subordinate through weekly and monthly meetings

o Encourage group activities. (Continuous Improvement Team).
o Continuously improve manufacturing performance through regular review of process capability, efficiency, yield and quality
o Analyse machine downtime, production performance, and yield and quality performance.
