Responsible of Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end closing of the Ledgers & Trial Balance
Follow up The Affiliated Accounts.
Daily Cash Management - Cash positioning, balance and transaction reporting, initiation of funds transfers, preparing daily management report, resolving issues by working with other departments and banks.
Follow up collection and allocation of payments.
Review monthly bank reconciliation, issuing necessary adjusting entries resolving outstanding items.
Responsible of Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end closing of the Ledgers & Trial Balance.
Provides support to External & internal auditors
Tracks & follow up with local & foreign suppliers on A/P
Analyzes financial records to forecast future financial position
Maintain relationship with all banks.
Prepare all short term cash flow forecasts
Reports on Monthly Bank charges & Facility utilization
Approve advance payments.
Supervise petty cash disbursement
Ensure sufficient funding for payables.
User access for online banking systems
Help in managing different bank facilities.
Follow up The Affiliated Accounts.
Banking Reconciliation.
Responsible for sales tax report.
Responsible for withholding tax report
Responsible for Stamps Tax.
Sales auditing.
