• Procurement of Material, Physical Inspection, Stacking, Maintaining minimum and maximum level of Critical and fast moving items, Maintaining All Procurement documents.
• Screening of Requisitions prior to forwarding for procurement in-charge for necessary approvals.
• Effective Communicates and negotiate prices with suppliers / vendors.
• Purchasing / Procurement of all necessary CIVIL, MEP, spares parts, stores items, provisions, etc., from local and international sources.
• Responsible for order placement timing, Material replenishment and supplier performance.
• Frequent and successful contact/interaction with suppliers/forwarders/shipping agents.
• Sending inquiries for quotations and making comparison sheet.
• Preparing purchase orders and transmitting to suppliers, and to concerned departments.
• Follow up suppliers to ensure delivery in time, follow up with accounts for payment on time and co-ordination with site responsible persons.
• Export and Import of constructions machinery (equipment's), construction materials and personal effects.
• Participating in client operations and/or management meetings to ensure the needs of materials, equipment, capital spares as well as systems requirements are understood.
• Training and assigned work schedule for warehouse employees and maintaining inventory / stock and submitted reports every month.
• Implementing the Procurement strategy and policy involvement in all major commercial negotiation and buying decisions.
• Responsible for Administration, arranging accommodation, labour camp, Transportation, Manpower and all daily routine work and self correspondence in the departments.
• Working with relevant industry standard procurement management package EIP. (Enterprise Information Portal.
