MEP Maintenance Engineer for all buildings and premises of Emirates Post Group all over UAE,
that includes managing the FMS comprehensive contract with the appointed service provider and all other subcontractors.
Main Responsibilities,
1. Following up the daily maintenance requests and department needs with the FM service provider
2. Evaluation & approval processes for all variable work orders
3. Coordination with FM colleagues, end-users of EPG group and concerned contractors for the implementation of maintenance activities; either planned or emergency
4. Reviewing & approving all contractor submittal forms in terms technical evaluation. That's for all PTWs, MOS, RA and if any other permissions
5. Preparing the yearly CAPEX - OPEX budgets within the strategic directives by EPG higher management
6. Preparing and finalizing all official letters, communications and requisitions between FM department and other EPG internal departments
7. Liaising with Contracts Department for all the technical evaluations of offers/bids while tending direct FM projects
8. Maintaining and updating all documents, procedures & processes related to ISO standards (work quality - ISO 9001:2015)
Operations Engineer - Emaar Entertainment LLC (Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall & Jabel Ali Recreation Club),
Handling daily FM operational concerns, communications, reports, submissions, meetings & coordination with Emaar operation teams (Dubai Mall, Reel Cinema, VR Park, Kidzania, Dubai Ice Rink, Dubai Aquarium & Dubai Marina Mall, Reel Cinema)
Managing Enova’s team to deliver the desired deliverable of Emaar Standards regards all HFM systems (HVAC, electrical, plumping, fire alarm, firefighting, voice evacuation, CBS, BMS, lighting control & civil works)
Conducting all staff weekly/monthly trainings related to TTs, SOPs & Energy Savings
Prepare all necessary quotations to client for additional services, approaching concerned contractors/vendor and handling the procurement process
Managing site OPEX/CAPES in coordination with the site manager (within the company’s allowed DOA)
Verifying, contribute & modulate utilities consumption against target savings

Handling HFM operations of Dubai World Trade Center staff accommodation complex to operate, maintain and renovate the complex (7-blocks residential buildings + utilities)
Maintains safe and healthy work environment, following standards commitment by Enova, (Enova HSEEQ system has been established to meet all requirements from international standard ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 50001)
Regular monitoring of PPM schedule, implementation & status-update assuring to conduct random audits to verify the work quality.

As the residential maintenance engineer in San Stefano Grand Plaza, i was having the main roles below;
• Implementation of annual planned protective maintenance PPM, scheduling for all mechanical equipment serving the complex residential towers (Pumps, Fans, AHUs, FCUs, Package Units, Piping networks & Valves).
• Monitoring & Following-up BMS system for complex reliable operations in addition to inspections and checking of all controlling panels (DDCs, MCCs & LCPs).
• Preparing the daily technical reports for senior management of all the corrective actions, complex technical problems and work progressing of complex retrofitting plan.
• Planning, scheduling and coordinating with all parties for the implementation of company’s upgrading plan (within the range of the available budget, cost analysis & renovation breakdown )
• Preparing & estimating all quotations & proposals for our clients in any raised work-orders out of the company’s scope of work. (with all analysis & breakdowns)
• Contacting, communicating and following-up with all the material-vendors to insure appropriate delivery time & up to-date minimum stock of all commonly used items.
• Regularly checking & doing the inventory for all spares to assure complex smooth operations (HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & civil-works spares)
• Serving the company’s needs for providing a technical support to all its guests & customers in the residential towers.
• Liaise with all complex parties (guest relations, security, housekeeping, industrial-safety & HSE) to insure safe, reliable & smooth operations for all the equipment and hence customers satisfaction & good relations.
