that includes managing the FMS comprehensive contract with the appointed service provider and all other subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities,
1. Following up the daily maintenance requests and department needs with the FM service provider
2. Evaluation & approval processes for all variable work orders
3. Coordination with FM colleagues, end-users of EPG group and concerned contractors for the implementation of maintenance activities; either planned or emergency
4. Reviewing & approving all contractor submittal forms in terms technical evaluation. That's for all PTWs, MOS, RA and if any other permissions
5. Preparing the yearly CAPEX - OPEX budgets within the strategic directives by EPG higher management
6. Preparing and finalizing all official letters, communications and requisitions between FM department and other EPG internal departments
7. Liaising with Contracts Department for all the technical evaluations of offers/bids while tending direct FM projects
8. Maintaining and updating all documents, procedures & processes related to ISO standards (work quality - ISO 9001:2015)
