Vendor and Contract Management:
Technical evaluation and vendor selection in liaison with the procurement department for tenders
Manage and monitor the vendor activities for timely implementation of preventive maintenance schedule whilst meeting the HSE standards and requirements
Manage vendor contracts, purchase requests and invoice payments on SAP Ariba

Project Management:
Manage and monitor HSE requirements are fulfilled during branch renovations, fit-outs and mergers.
Prepare the annual budget forecast for up gradation of HSE systems
Review and approve drawings, BOQ and contract documents submitted by vendors

Waste Management:
Compliance of the waste management procedures as per the Center of Waste Management guidelines
Preparation and submission of annual waste reports to the Sustainability team
