I was promoted from Purchases and Stores manager to be the Manager of Planning and Cost Control Unit - Consultative Office to the General manager. In my job, I divided the Hospital into Cost Centers and determined the unit cost per each item in the specified cost center, revised the Accounting Cycle, set a new Chart of Accounts, calculate cost of storing for all medical consumables and all other store items ( cleaning materials, stationery items, food and supplies in the kithcen warehouse. I also recommended a aplan for determining needed employees and priorities for recruting them, etcI also revise the financial conditions and recommend problem solving criteria, cost control; revise financial indicators, objective fulfillment, etc.
I trained participants by provided them with all theoretical and practical training materials, guide the discussions.I mainly concentrated on my lesson plan and for that I used presentation tools like PowerPoint as felt more collaborative and relevant by my audience and used SMART Board interactive whiteboard in the same way for the same purpose. Mainly I concentrated on Hands-on-training and accordingly prepared workshops and supervised group discussions.
In preparing the feasibility Study I do the following:
1/ prepare the initial study.
2/ study the nature and scope of the business project.
3/ prepare market research.
4/The prepare study design and contents.
5/ Determine project assessment indicators: NPP.IRR, Payback Period< Financial Risk, etc.
6/ Prepare five year - financial Statements: Balance sheet, Income statement, statement of cash flows.
7/ prepare a Business Plan for the project and determine the Operating Capital, Plan for starting the Business. It may be necessary to prepare Cost Centers and Organization chat, Account Cycle, and cost behavior.
Then finally, write, Executive Summary and recommendations.

I was in charge of all Hospital purchases and all store rooms.
In my job I was resposible for qualifying syppliers / venders, Negotiate prices and method of payment, collect proforma invoices and recommend best offers. I was also resposiblle for tracking all items, setting item codes, follow up item movement between main stores and sub sores, check stock condition, revise all issued stock and request for items, calculating inventory costs, etc.
I worked as a lecturer in the ITdepartment and Computer Science Department, I also worked as superviser for student preparing their graduation projects.
Head of study group who prepares feasibility studies. I was the main designer of all feasibility studies prepared and cost estimations, analysis, etc.
I taught English to Higher Secondary School students who were preparing for the Higher Secondary School Examination.
