Responsibilities & Duties:(Finance Department)-
- Summarize financial status by Collecting information; preparing Balance Sheet, P & L, Cash Flow statement, Reviewed with Accounting Manager, CFO and Ability to meet deadlines.
- I make Developing and maintaining financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, petty cash and Advance and Loans.
-Preparing and recording Fixed Asset, Make Assets Transaction, liability, revenue, expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
-Manage import / export clearance LCs, establishing bank guarantees and contracts.
- Analyzing Costs and Expenses of Departmental, Cost Analysis of Raw Materials, Cost Trend RM and Selling Price Trend.
- Monthly inventory reports and maintain Stock Inventory Record
- Preparation of cash flows and plans.
-Preparing and Reviewing Payroll - Bank's daily reports - Bank Reconciliation
- Reviews of all payments and submit to the concerned authorized persons.
- Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, Analysis, preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.
- Analyze actual labor, material, and overhead cost against Standard/Budget.
-Foreign purchases of Accounting -logistics
-Supervisory Responsibilities, Prepare all required reports timely for CFO
-Receive and review supporting documents related to fixed assets additions, retirements, amendments, and transfers.
- Prepared Financial Analysis and budget with CFO
- Sales Report Daily-Collection and Revenue Report to Sr. Management.
Purchasing :- Purchasing Manager Acting .
- Make Purchase Orders after PR from Department concerned
- Follow up Materials with Store Dep.
- Work on the purchase of materials at the lowest price and highest quality from suppliers as Per Quotations and agree on Payment Terms.
- Communications with Suppliers on Raw Materials & Spare Parts for Factory.
- Work on Microsoft Dynamics.ax2009 ERP )

- Responsible for all recruitment activities for all departments(internal & external recruitment).
- Planning for manpower requirement for the company.
- Responsible for training programming & employee evaluation.
- Attending regular & irregular high management meeting.
- Responsible for applying company's rules & policies.
- Responsible to prepare & updated organizational structure for the company.
-Responsible to prepare (job descriptions-job evaluations) for company's (departments, sections & units).
