•Trained about DU Elite Super Plan package, CitiBank credit cards and loans, Samba credit cards and loans & Najm credit cards.
•Actively involved in outdoor (customer) sales and indoor (telephonic) sales.
•Ensuring all documents are proper, for application processing and submission to Team Leaders.
•Preparing Daily Sales Report (updating/maintaining customer records) and providing feedback, with a back up plan for the next day.
•Dealing with the shareholders & filling their applications, along with the supervisor with their details entered into a database.
•Preparing cheque deposit slips and internal vouchers as a receipt for their payments by cheques/ account debiting.
•Segregating & sending all the applications with their mode of payments to the main processing units.
•Assigned a project for ‘DU’ which included segregating application forms of DU customers and giving them for scanning to the Unit Head.
•Arranging and scanning of various compartments in INFOFORT’S warehouse for data entry.
