 Review the Posting of Ledger Entries during the period.
 Responsible for the purchase invoice and make the internal review till posting.
 Monitoring customers and suppliers outstanding, bank reconciliation,
 Handling Bank Facilities as (Loan, mortgages, Murabaha purchase, letter of guarantee, letter of credit, letter of credit discounting) with the Six Major Bank Facilities by Supporting all the required financial documents to bank.
 Monitoring Inventory, assisting finalization of accounts.
 Monitoring employee’s salaries as (250 Employer’s) - Bank Transfer (WPS)-(Payroll). Considering all type of deductions as per labour law.
 Monitoring the employee’s leave salary and final settlement as per labour law.
 Review the VAT report and fill it in the Federal Tax Authority portal and complete the payment.
 Handling the monthly Cost of projects and review It with the budget, issued the financial reports for the projects.
 Responsible for company assets and the accumulated depreciation.
 Responsible for Profit / Loss Acc and provide it as quarterly/Yearly to management.
 Control the cost of the company to get high percentage of net profit.
 Reviewing all accounts work yearly end as (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Expenses, S Debtor’s, S Creditors, Bank Reconciliation, Assets, Depreciation, Loan, Interest, Provisions Benefits, Provisions Bad Debit, Salary Payable, Prepaid Item, Payable Items, Vat Report) to Finalize the trail balance.
 Finalizing the yearly balance sheet with the auditor and supporting all the required documents and the financial report to get the BL.
 Issued 2 Audit Report for 2019 & 2020 with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. International and Audit Report of 2021 with FOCUS Auditing - ALHashemi.
