I am currently exporting mainly to Gambia, Yemen, UAE, Syria, Afghanistan, & Tajikistan.
In Yemen & UAE we have our own dealers.
Gambia we are participating in the MOH tender so I do the following:-
• Communicating all the drug companies in Egypt
• Sending them the drug list.
• Collecting price offers from the drug companies.
• Analyzing the price offers.
• Choosing the best prices.
• Sending our price list to the country that we are going to export to.
• When I receive the approval on the prices, I communicate the drug companies & start collecting their packing lists & invoices.
• Start handling the shipment procedure till it goes to the port & in the containers & shipped to the agreed destination.
- Import
Communicating our importers for making an order.
Importers are in China, India and Germany.
Discussing method of payment either it will be a pre-payment or L/C.
Receive the shipping documents.
Putting them into order, sending them to the registration department & the accounting department for taking the necessary actions.
Follow up with both departments until receiving the documents.
Then we start releasing the shipment, follow till shipment delivery.

From the step of tracking the shipment, preparing the documents, till clearing from the customs
- Market Studies (Making market researches on the Egyptian Pharmaceutical market).
