-Taking part as a technical expert in prequalifying the whole product range of ElSewedy
Electric (Power Cables, Special Cables, Accessories, Transformers, BusWays and Motors).
-Execute the Marketing strategy in coordination MarCom department to develop the
Prequalification Folder of ElSewedy Electric.
-Conducting customer visits (consultants) periodically.
-Prepare technical documents and required papers to submit accordingly to consultants.
-Work on and ensure presence of products in consultant’s vendor list.
-Approve customer opportunities in pipeline and follow up with sales for successful
implementation.
-Determine product specifications and generate product requirements to ensure that the
product is specified in the projects’ tender documents
-Execute product marketing campaigns, seminars and training through digital and on ground
channels and conduct regular visits to the customers
-Study current product gaps compared to competition per market and Work on it.
-Provide inputs to management about the market potential, positioning of the products.
-Communicate with the sales the updated market intelligence to maximize our market
coverage
-Evaluate the existing product gaps and the sales of present products to have a clear insight
on market requirements.
- Technically Pre-Qualify ElSewedy Electric products range (Power Cables, Special Cables, Transformers & Smart Meters).
- Develop new markets and seeking new customers.
- Building permanent long-term relationship with customers.
- Assuring Product Approvals & Company vendor listing.
- Conducting customer visits.
- Following up using periodical reports with direct manager.
- Recording all aggregated information in CRM database.
- Assist Direct Marketing Manager to strategize, develop & maintain strong presence for Elsewedy Electric across all channels.
- Help create quarterly presentations including assessment + recommendations on direction and tactical.
- Propose ideas to maximize brand exposure.
- Issue comprehensive briefs.
- Identify opportunities, initiate and support tender preparation and submission until award pertaining to order intake.
- Follow-up on tenders from Feed phase and convert them into orders.
- Fully responsible for developing price estimations.
- Establish and maintain close ties with customers.
- Evaluate customer needs and develop cost-effective technical applications to achieve customer adoption of SEGA-M products, solutions and systems.
- Ensure that annual account targets are met and strategic action plans are developed and executed.
-Prepares Single-Line Diagrams for MV & LV Switchgears, as per customer request.
-Prepares Schematic (Wiring) Diagrams for MV & LV Switchgear, So as to comply with the customer required sequence of operation.
-Prepares Electrical Bill-Of-Materials (BOM) & Also Standard Mechanical Bill-Of-Materials, Regarding MV & LV Switchgears.
-Prepares complex technical solutions to satisfy customer needs as fully as possible.
-Technically defines equipments & installations as per contractual technical clauses, with optimum costs & deadlines, while at the same time ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Follow systems specifications and formalised representations of solutions (for example, flow charts, models) to configure systems that meet customer needs.
-Prepare simple technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
-Designs or adapt technical solutions, following analysis of the customer needs formulated in the specification.
Maintaining company facilities equipments such as Power Generator, HVAC......etc
- Observing the performance of the Medium-Voltage Switchgear, Transformers & The generator
- Participated in all the maintenance operations of the boilers, chillers & the heat exchanger
- Participated in installing & setting up the BMS system inside the building
