• Personnel functions.
• Responsible for casual labors wages and attendance.
• Reviewing the employee's Monthly Attendance, Deducting the absenteeism, Late, early leave and penalties from their salaries.
• Handling the hiring in coordination with the head office according to the company policies and procedures.
• Follow and maintain social & medical insurance actions.
• To ensure that Job Descriptions are up-to-date and accurately describe each position.
• Responsible for data management of the project and preparing the various manpower reports.
• Preparing the training plan based on annual appraisal to improve the employee's performance according to TNA.
• Communicate with the Training and development department to prepare the training proposal.
• Follow up of the training plan in all projects.
• Conduct exit interviews with all levels of employees on resignation from the project.
• Analyze labor turnover statistics so that problem areas are highlighted and report to the HRM for the appropriate action taken.
• Follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of the training in coordination with Training team.
• Participate and manage yearly performance appraisals with the PM.
• Ensure that the recruitment and selection of people is done objectively and based on Job Descriptions and required Job specifications.
• Handle & follow up the probation period appraisals for new hired employees.
• Ensure that meaningful appraisals for all staff are carried out on a regular basis
