Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
▪ Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
▪ Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
▪ Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
▪ Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

▪ Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).

Make sure all staff is fully informed on the target for the day and ensure that customer care is top priority.
▪ Ensure promotions are accurate and in compliance with company standards.
▪ Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor, and the cashiers.
▪ Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
▪ Ensure that Showroom area is properly staffed with trained and qualified co-workers during all opening hours.
▪ Motivating the sales staff towards achievement of work objectives. Support the team to achieve their
objectives by ensuring they understand the company business plan and objectives.
▪ Do the best we can to achieve the target daily.
Prepare monthly B2C sales statistics (Actual sales, planned sales, overview of ongoing & potential projects) to
be able to identify variances in order to establish corrective actions if needed.
▪ Motivate, coach, and train my colleagues in IKEA business department since I was the only one has IKEA
background in the whole team and manage the approaching process to customers according to their business
sectors.
▪ Continually assess the market & competition in terms of style, furnishings and prices to maximize market
impact and penetration towards the achievement of sales and profit objectives.
▪ Meet with the range department on a monthly basis to discuss stocks situation and share related information
with the team to enhance the sales of certain products.
▪ Negotiate terms & conditions of payments as to safeguard & materialize a closed sales deal. Take all contract
Sales related decisions and complementing Sales manager's tasks.
▪ Taking the responsibility of being a duty manager to Ikea business department based on rotated schedule.
