Job description-
- Supervising and managing contractors to ensure that the works were
created according to specifications and specific completion dates.
- Manage and direct the supervision team to conduct daily business
inspections.
- Maintain a very high level of safety awareness and ensure that the
contractor adheres to its obligations.
- In cooperation with the contract manager, he manages the FIDIC-based
contract.
- Remove bottlenecks in delivery on behalf of the contractor.
- It solves site problems on the site.
- Offers progress and packages issues for the customer team.
- Negotiate changes in the scope of work with the client and major
subcontractors.
- Responsible for following up on project instructions and commitments.
- Development of the project implementation plan, health and safety plan,
quality control plan and other documents.
- Define program requirements for all project areas and monitor the
performance of site staff.
- Planning, directing, supervising and controlling the implementation of all
technical and administrative functions of the project and the site team.
- Provide inputs to performance reviews and develop plans for
subordinates.
- Work with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leaders to
develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the different project
components.
- Monitor and report to the administration on the progress made in all
project activities within the program, including important milestones and
any conditions, that would affect the project cost, schedule, performance
or customer relationship.
- Establishing weekly internal meetings to review the project status and
formulate work items.
- Representing the company in all client meetings.

- Following up the work of the abstracts and submitting them to
the concerned quarters.
- Following up the issuance of permits for all workers in the
project.
- Full cooperation with the owner of the project to terminate the
project ideally
- Supervising the weekly and monthly reports of projects.

1) Establishing a compound for General Intelligence, Exit 2,
consisting of 158 studios, 2 Gymnasium, swimming pools,
playgrounds, handball, basketball, tennis, and entertainment

- Redesigning the facades of Prince Magren Palace to converting
them from two insulated walls into one wall using
insulated block, maintaining the architectural from of the
facades.
- Contributing to the shop drawings of Al Waseel Tower
- Approving the designs made by the consultant before providing
the site with these designs
- Supervising all reported works in the site drawings
- Make all architectural Shop drawings for the site.
- Assist in contracting and supervision of contractors.

Supervising the Construction of 6 towers, two of them consisted
of 14Foors & 4 towers contained 11 floors
- Surveying all completed works.
- Ensuring the availability of all site materials
- Discussing all site problems regarding materials & shop
drawings that may affect the progress of work with the project
manager.
