1. Manage design tasks of all engineers and consultants, to ensure that drawings, specifications and information of the appropriate quality is delivered within an agreed timeframe and fulfills the needs of the design, procurement and construction processes.
2. Manage a team of in-house design engineers and draughtsman to achieve the highest quality results.
3. Maintain a record of the Concept Design submittals and correspondence.
4. Ensure that the Concept Design has fully recognized the end user’s requirements as stated in the statement of requirement.
5. Control and manage the Senior Discipline Engineers of the Project Management Team in respect of Design & Engineering aspects.
6. Review and comment on all drawings and documents submitted by Design/Engineering and ensure the incorporation of all revisions on all documents.
7. Ensures that project buyout is complete with subcontract & material purchase order preparation in accordance with the specified contract terms & conditions occurs in a timely manner
8. Ensures that all construction works are undertaken to required designs, specification, standards and QHSE requirements.
9. Representing my company in all meetings and negotiations with the main contractor
in addition to meetings with the project consultant.
10. Sharing in the preparation of the time scheduels and project needs scheduling and cashflow
11. Managment the resources to keep the project progress with the time schedule.
12. organizing the resources (manpower, materials, …..etc.) and the different workgroups in different items to keep the project advancing in accordance with the estimated time and cost
13. Finishing works; wall plasting, painting, aluminium elements, precast, floor tiles…..
14. Infrastructure works network, roads and landscape.
15. Making Coordination Bet.Constraction And Contracts About Drawing And Ducuments
16. Have Strong Knowledge in (Under Ground Utilites Details, Structural, Architectural, Mech, Elec, Low Current, Hard and Land Scape )
17. Have Strong Knowledge in Accommodating / Coordinating Bet. Facilities .
18. Ability to Review and Comment Properly on Necessary Docummentatin .
19. Excellent Understanding of Specifications and Authority Requirement
20. Have Experience To Complete Project Understanding in given Discripline From Start to Hnd Over.
