- Create Revit 3d Model form tender drawings with LOD 300.
- Responsible for Suitable BIM Standers for Projects.
- Review & Studying all project files.
1- Studying B.O.Q, Specs & Addendum
2- Studying Tender drawings & Checking SWI, Addendum
3- Check Approved Materials & purchase orders for fixtures.
4- Checking the previous shop drawings on other projects.
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works.
- Preparing and reviewing working shop drawings for projects.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
- Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical supervision & Site needs.
- Reviews Subcontractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech, elec. etc.…).
- Prepare shop drawing and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standard.
- Doing quantity survey activities & B.O.Q.
- Managing Filing System for project document & document control activities (Logs)
- Prepare design concepts, 3D and 2D related drawings to clarify the design.

Work as the main architect and team member of several projects in the Military Entity at The New Capital (Command Service Zone: Villas, Club, Mosque, Mall, Hospital). Senior Technical Office - Architect

Supervision of the construction of the MCIT buildings and interior design for all Mcit Buildings, check all the requirements needed for MCIT buildings with the contractors and makes survey about the buildings, also responsible for the Assets of the MCIT like (Lands, Buildings, Interior Design, Furniture selection, Contracts, Land registration, building permit) and responsible for making, checking and approving working and shop drawings.

4. Interior Design for Mcit Buildings.
5. Concept Design and Design development for Smart Villages in many different cities in Egypt.
6. Design Development and Revision the Master Layout of Smart Village in Cairo to be approved.
7. Targeting to have LEED for one of our Office Buildings in Technological Village in Maadi. (Silver Certification)
