Managed revenue confirmation and acceptance processes for Zain account including HO and Integration for the new FTK telecom project with 799 sites, 960 MW expansion, and new LTE scope with 600 sites.

Successfully managed service project for 1, 880 sites for the great Cairo (Etisalat Misr)-Egypt as part of the preventive / corrective maintenance tasks.

Implementation Manager, Turn Key Projects

Successfully implemented projects for 163 sites across Jeddah, western region.
Successfully spearheaded an acceptance process to get the final payment for 275 FTK GSM/UMTS sites across western region in KSA, including civil work and tower erection projects.
Successfully implemented projects for 101 sites across central region, mainly, Qassim and Hail, finalized all the acceptance tests in parallel, and obtained 100% project clearance.
Successfully delivered projects for 257 FTK sites in the central region(Qassim-Hail) after a lot of delay in the acceptance tests, by clearing all the snags mentioned by the costumer including civil test.
Successfully delivered projects for 490 FTK sites in the Cairo-Delta-Alex including the acceptance tests, civil and Telecom wise for Mobinil in Egypt.
