 Responsible for preparing the expected annual production plan (Medium term plan MTP) and its requirements of materials within coordination of the sales department and the sales of previous years in order to set annual budget for the materials purchase and production requirements.
 Responsible for preparing the monthly production plan (Short term plan) for the cigarette making machines, the filter making machines and the print shop machines according to the machines efficiency, materials availability and the market demands.

 Responsible for preparing the expected annual production plan and its requirements of materials within coordination of the sales department and the sales of previous years in order to set annual budget for the materials purchase and production requirements .

 Responsible for preparing the weekly production plan depending on the actual clients’ requirements within coordination of the sales and operation departments .

 Responsible for Studying the raw materials availability required for operation until supplying new materials within coordination of supplying department .

 Responsible for observing the availability of the raw materials and take the appropriate action in order to ensure that everything is produced according to the clients’ requirements and the production plan .

 Responsible for preparing the daily production reports for each machine and the operation team comparing it with the plan .

 Responsible for preparing the monthly production reports and comparing it with the plan .

 Responsible for preparing the analysis studies of machinery efficiency in order to determine the weak and strength points to determine what the engineers and manufacturers will be capable of doing .
