• Providing IT services to +2500 users, +40 application, +60 sites, +30k annual support requests
• Responsible for IT Engagement\relationship, PMO, budgeting, IT planning, controlling and forecasting all affiliate IT Investments and expenses for the company and its entities
• provide IT strategic analysis, guidance and recommendations to management on diverse IT financial issues and investment in IT systems and projects
• Prepare and managing the budget for Group IT around AED +50 million
• Responsible for running Project Management Office, and supporting business and financial analytics and metrics (Group IT projects - around +9.5 AED millions, +70 projects annually).
• Develop IT strategy, IT vision scoping and roadmap for all entities within the Group
• Prepare IT annual chargeback, IT service costing and benchmark with similar industries.
• Responsible for IT vendor relationship and contracts\agreements negotiating, tracking all IT contracts and vendors SLA renewals (Microsoft, Oracle, HP, Sun, EMC, McAfee, Cisco, etc.).
• Perform Service Delivery Management on all SLAs developed for Group IT services with external vendors
• Managing dept. administration, recruitment, learning & development, performance review, recruitments, etc. (for +75 IT professionals)
• Handling IT setup for business special projects\events (Global village, Dubai International Film Festival, Gitiex, etc.).
• Develop and implement IT policies & procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, & service provision.
• Delivering client solutions, project management (i.e. cost control, schedule control, risk management, change control and client communications)
• Review monthly operational reports on all systems, networks, and the health of IT infrastructure in the organization and report SLA to business entities within the Group.
• Setting and managing the IT budget for the entities assigned to; Set and manage the IS Operations budget and operating plan
• Investigation, evaluation and recommendation of technology solutions required to meet the business needs of the Vertical
• Conducts operational planning, projects planning; organizing and negotiating allocation of resources, in conjunction with all relevant Vertical departments
• Prepare and deliver financial and executive level reporting for assigned projects & is required to build relationships with a variety of functional areas.
• Systems implementation and overall project management (i.e. HR, Finance, Dashboards, BI reporting, Document management system, CRM, OPM, etc.).
• Setting up the IT infrastructure for the company remote sites (Sales center, site offices, data center, etc.) in UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia, and Jeddah

• Represents J&J Middle East in the EMEA IT committee (European IM team) and initiate regional requests and projects.

• Attend and represent J&J ME on the various audits including - Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements and Corporate IM Internal Audits and external auditors.
