 Training the trainees in the field of power plant mechanical maintenance and ensure that trainees have got the requisite knowledge and skills to perform their jobs competently and safely.
 Responsible for training Technicians and engineers in the company.
 Prepare Course pacing schedule and lesson plan.
 As a part of the course we expose the trainees to the plant and explain the plant
equipment on the job.
 Ensure that the equipment in the workshops is suitable and adequate in number to complement the training and assessment.
 I assist in identifying suitable redundant equipment from Power Plants for training purposes where required.
 Purchase the required Tools & equipment for training.
 Prepare & issue purchase orders of requested items for training in accordance with selected suppliers, price and technical specifications.
 Suggesting ways of continually improving the training programs.
 Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
 Participate in the curriculum developing including the lessons and Practical tasks.
 Test the trainees based on the training program to gauge the trainee's delivery understanding and compile report to Senior Instructor.
 In coordination with the Senior Instructor, maintain the Internal Verification and Quality Assurance systems to ensure that the quality of the programs is maintained.
 Member in the Occupational Safety and Health Management System team in Jeddah Training Institute and we have got four Stars in the final Audit.

 Preparing and apply all types of preventive and corrective maintenance for
Gas Turbines and its Auxiliaries.

 Mitsubishi Gas Turbine M701F (2 unit x 250 MW) combustor inspection under supervision of MHI representative:
o Responsibility: Turbine Team Supervisor.
o Scope of work: replacing Main Fuel Nozzle & Pilot Nozzle (20 Pcs), Combustor Basket (20 Pcs), Transition Piece (20 Pcs), Transition Seal (20 Sets), Igniters & Flame Detectors, Test Fuel Nozzles and Clean Fuel Nozzles, Inspect Turbine Outlet and Inspect Compressor Inlet.
 Mitsubishi Gas Turbine M701F (2 unit x 250 MW) Turbine inspection under supervision of MHI representative.
o Responsibility: Turbine team supervisor.

 Preparing and apply mechanical maintenance works as set through the Maintenance Planning Sheet (MPS) and as other priorities ( Preventive and Corrective maintenance) under supervision of TOSHIBA warranty supervisors including the following Equipment:

- Air Compressors - Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers.
- Horizontal Pumps. - Self Cleaning Strainers.
- Service Water Pumps. - Fire Fighting System.
- Circulating Water Pumps. - Trash Rakes.
- Feed Water Pumps. - Diesel Generator.
- Condensate Water Pumps. - Heat Exchangers.
- Vertical Sump Pumps. - Traveling water Screens.
- Fuel Oil Treatment Skid. - Various types of Valves.

 Supervise all types of preventive and corrective maintenance for Steam Turbine and its Auxiliaries.
 Manage the maintenance team by assigning, following up and supervision of maintenance plans, checklists and troubleshooting.
 Supervise equipment yearly maintenance under supervision of the vendors of all equipment as Air compressors& Air Dryers, Horizontal & Vertical pumps, Trash rakes and Self-cleaning strainers.
 Review Equipment yearly maintenance report and submit comments if any.
 Check the condition of the equipment regularly to make the proper maintenance planning if it is required.
 Analyze and solve the malfunctions of the mechanical equipment.
 Perform vibration surveys for Rotating Equipment to ensure that standards are met.
 Perform alignment for Rotating Equipment.
 Integrate high standards of quality and safety requirements into all aspects of work.
 Prepare and implement the maintenance training program for new Engineers and technicians.
 In-depth ability to provide training and explain instructions and guidelines to others effectively
 Provide instruction and training in the proper methods and processes necessary to carry out assignments for
 Prepare and implement the training program for undergraduate engineers.

 Review the submittal documents and drawings sent by the contractor with contract specifications.
 Attending of contractual, coordination and progress meetings.
 Verify the MRR (Material Receiving Reports) after checking the packing list and the mechanical equipment specification & condition to accept them.
 Researching and analyzing data such as design change proposal (change notices & operation and maintenance manuals).
 Handling with P&ID, Isometric drawings, Arrangement drawings, Equipment Layout drawings and Structural Support drawings.
 Supervising mechanical construction work done by TOSHIBA by comparing the Contract specifications with field activities and verifying their synchronization.
 Supervise, record and audit the installation of all piping and equipment as Gas Turbine, Gas Turbine Generator, Gas Turbine Auxiliaries, Horizontal &Vertical Pumps, Compressors, Air Dryers, Fuel Oil Treatment Skid, Emergency Diesel Generator, Self Cleaning Strainers and Heat Exchangers.
 Maintains quality of work in accordance with the standards specified in the design documents by PGESCO.
 Walking down the systems piping and equipment after installation to check the quality and make the Punch List to contractor, and check it after completion of work.
 Inspect all systems piping prior to on both hydrostatic and pneumatic tests.
 Witness pre-alignment and final alignment for both horizontal & vertical pumps.
 Follow up all commissioning and start up activities.
 Review and modify the recommended spare parts list prepared by the consultant related to the maintenance requirements.
 Receive and inspect the spare parts.

 Preparing and supervise all types of preventive and corrective maintenance for Steam Turbine and its Auxiliaries.
 Check & applying Alignment for rotating equipment.

 Maintenance of rotating equipment :
- Pumps.
- Compressors.
- Air Blowers.
- Traveling water Screens.

 Maintenance of static equipment:
- Heat Exchangers (plate type & shell and tube types).
- Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers.
- Valves.

 Overall maintenance for multistage centrifugal air compressors.
 Overall maintenance for centrifugal pumps.

 Supervise the manufacture of work pieces required for ships repair in the workshop.
 Lead and supervise group of technicians to execute the required repairing for ships.
