o Responsibility: Turbine Team Supervisor.
o Scope of work: replacing Main Fuel Nozzle & Pilot Nozzle (20 Pcs), Combustor Basket (20 Pcs), Transition Piece (20 Pcs), Transition Seal (20 Sets), Igniters & Flame Detectors, Test Fuel Nozzles and Clean Fuel Nozzles, Inspect Turbine Outlet and Inspect Compressor Inlet.
 Mitsubishi Gas Turbine M701F (2 unit x 250 MW) Turbine inspection under supervision of MHI representative.
o Responsibility: Turbine team supervisor.

- Air Compressors - Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers.
- Horizontal Pumps. - Self Cleaning Strainers.
- Service Water Pumps. - Fire Fighting System.
- Circulating Water Pumps. - Trash Rakes.
- Feed Water Pumps. - Diesel Generator.
- Condensate Water Pumps. - Heat Exchangers.
- Vertical Sump Pumps. - Traveling water Screens.
- Fuel Oil Treatment Skid. - Various types of Valves.

 Supervise all types of preventive and corrective maintenance for Steam Turbine and its Auxiliaries.
 Manage the maintenance team by assigning, following up and supervision of maintenance plans, checklists and troubleshooting.
 Supervise equipment yearly maintenance under supervision of the vendors of all equipment as Air compressors& Air Dryers, Horizontal & Vertical pumps, Trash rakes and Self-cleaning strainers.
 Review Equipment yearly maintenance report and submit comments if any.
 Check the condition of the equipment regularly to make the proper maintenance planning if it is required.
 Analyze and solve the malfunctions of the mechanical equipment.
 Perform vibration surveys for Rotating Equipment to ensure that standards are met.
 Perform alignment for Rotating Equipment.
 Integrate high standards of quality and safety requirements into all aspects of work.

 Supervise, record and audit the installation of all piping and equipment as Gas Turbine, Gas Turbine Generator, Gas Turbine Auxiliaries, Horizontal &Vertical Pumps, Compressors, Air Dryers, Fuel Oil Treatment Skid, Emergency Diesel Generator, Self Cleaning Strainers and Heat Exchangers.
 Maintains quality of work in accordance with the standards specified in the design documents by PGESCO.
 Walking down the systems piping and equipment after installation to check the quality and make the Punch List to contractor, and check it after completion of work.
 Inspect all systems piping prior to on both hydrostatic and pneumatic tests.
 Witness pre-alignment and final alignment for both horizontal & vertical pumps.
 Follow up all commissioning and start up activities.
 Review and modify the recommended spare parts list prepared by the consultant related to the maintenance requirements.
