Develop, maintain and implement the project plan throughout the project team.

Monitor progress against plans and report any significant deviations from plan to the project stakeholders and management committee.

Call, plan, schedule and chair project team meetings.

Provide assistance to the sales team with demonstrations and responses to requests for information (RFP) and invitations to tender.

Develop, maintain and implement the Product Business Plan throughout the Product Team.

Support the Sales and Marketing activities related to the Product, in particular, to provide assistance with demonstrations and responses to Requests for Information and Invitations to Tender.
Ensure that the Product keeps abreast of market changes.

Provide business and technical consultations regarding ERP GP specially in the sector of the Human Resources.

Supports the sales department in demos, pre-sales activities, and representations.

Acting as "Project Manager" in the implementation of the Human Resources projects according to the standard methodology of Microsoft “Sure Setp”.

Support and troubleshooting clients.

Review design documentation with a designer, and resolve any ambiguities or omissions in the specifications.

Complete the program design (if appropriate) and unit test plans.

Develop and test programs in accordance with the detailed design.
