1. Providing legal support and counseling for labor issues, consumer protection issues.
2. Dealing with government bodies in relation to the scope of business of the company.
3. Drafting, reviewing contracts for all business functions Including vendors contract and subcontract.
4. Provide opinion on the legal impact on the company from any obligation towards third party.
5. Performing all types of legal consultation and following up all legal cases of the company.
6. Participating in organizing the interior rules & regulations.
7. Providing legal support and handling of Intellectual Property issues.
8. Prepare and forwards regular monthly reports on legal issues and cases, and about Legal Department’s activities and achievements.
9. Check the employee papers with social insurance authority and represent company in front of it either in terms of insurance contributions or termination.
10. Responsibility for review and renew employees contracts and ensures that all the employee staff signs their contracts on a yearly basis.
11. Dealing with administration of real estate publicity and notarization,
12. Receive the newly hired employee documents and manage employee files, Monitor the process new hire and termination paperwork.
13. Double check if the all employee date are up-to-date and all personnel process comply with labor law.
14. Provide the advice to HR business partners regarding personnel questions, policies, regulations and grievances.
