Lead a team of branches managers, sales supervisors and salesmen to ensure the enhancement of highest standard performances for each of them.
•Deal with all staff in fair manner.
•Ensure to implement all the company policy and procedures.
•Provide assistance and guidance to all staffs major sales problems.
•Prepare and update sales forecast for the region on a regular basis.
•Prepare a monthly work-plan for merchandisers, salesmen & supervisors. Ensure the achievements for these plans including the supervision of sales order processing, delivery of products and collection of sales dues on time.

•Evaluate and train the sales team in all aspects of their job on a monthly basis.
•Coordinates with the National Sales Manager for the preparation of the annual plans.
•Monitor the daily processing of sales orders and ensure the timing of product delivery with an early display & merchandising plan.
•Monitor the shelf-life of different product categories.

•Monitor and enhance the company's pricing strategies.
•Improve and maintain a healthy gross margin level of all the range of products by minimizing discount and free goods.
•Monitor the customer stocks level.
•Avoid near expiry items on the shelf and replace the damaged goods.
•Recommend the opportunity of price increase and reduction of trade deals whenever possible in your area.
•Ensure region performance by monitoring the market share, distribution and display visibility in your region.
