‏ oversee and direct Finishing construction projects from conception to completion.
‏To finalize and manage the finishing works between civil and MEP within projects to ensure that construction is delivered to the client with the required quality standards and within agreed time scales.
‏Plan and manage defined phasing zones from the project initiation until handing over the projects to set the time and work expectations.
‏Manage and participate in deciding on subcontractors and negotiate terms and conditions of agreements in order to craft the best offer with subcontractors.
‏Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
‏Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
‏Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
‏Select tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory.
‏Review the work progress on a daily basis.
‏Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
‏Manage the phased zones of finishing activities and ensure they are complete, cleaned and prepared in readiness for the client snagging.
‏Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
