- Collaborating with Turner-Projacs JV as a PM/CM Company with Kuwait University Construction Program KUCP.
- Administered server activities, including active directory domains, users, storage, shares, security, and backup, and coordinated the website development sub-consultancy agreement.
- Managed and supported the database functionality using custom SQL reporting and managing queries, database security and stability, data migration, and creating and designing forms and reports using Oracle BI.
- Reviewed contractor’s submittals related to site equipment, including computer/laptop hardware, software, time-lapse camera, and photocopier according to project contracts/agreements specifications.
- Made a vital contribution to implementing Oracle EPPM and Primavera Contract Manager (PCM) 14.2 scope as per PM/CM agreement, including setting up the environment and web access and the connection with Oracle BI and p6.

Working with Ministry of Interior (immigration department) for advancing the existing system (AS400) to PC secure structure system with secure devices like (Passport reader - finger print reader) to enable MOI to reach maximum secure entry/exit transactions for official traveling documents such as passports, GCC ID and Civil id.
Responsibilities:-
•Lead 24/7 support team (6 Support Engineers - 1 DBA - 1 Network Administrator) to ensure project stability and reliability including :-
*Schedule weekly meeting for the new systems updates and new instructions.
*Create new proceures to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Ensure that all hardware devices are functioning properly.
•Report system bugs and user complaints.
•Train MOI employees to use various software systems.
•Administrate and apply system connectivity with Mainframe.
•Attend meetings with MOI management on behalf of Project Manager.
•Provide survey and solutions for new sites requirements.
•Provide weekly reports concerning technical and administrative issues to higher management.
