Duties:
Managing and performing the daily QA/QC responsibilities of projects to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established required standards.
Directing oversight and reviewing of the entiredocumentation and physical inspection phase of the work flow process and coordinating with in-hous / external personal to produce and document a quality product.

Reviewing procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents.
Reviews the Contractors Valuations (Payments).
Verifying and documenting that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately and are acceptable for use in the project.
