Marketing Manager - Brand and Communications

- Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives and ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the Executive Director and Board.
- Develop short and long term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
- Managing brands under Dubai Holding Entertainment to ensure consistent communication of
the organisation’s mission and values across all channels and to ensure that the integrity of the brand
is maintained and always promoted.
- Developing and overseeing the delivery of a corporate communications strategy to build the
organisation’s brand and reputation, including writing and editing effective copy.
- Developing a stakeholder engagement strategy to maximise relationships with clients, investors,
partners and intermediaries.
- Providing a new structure and framework in terms of branding and marketing from which the team
can develop marketing activity to support the organisation’s activities, including market research, sales collateral and advertising.
- Identifing and effectively utilise a range of channels to deliver successful results including above the
line, direct and digital marketing.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of all marketing/communications activities.
- Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel, both paid and volunteer.
- Managing internal communications across Dubai Holding Entertainment.
- Liaise and coordinate with the advertising agencies and media companies.
- Overlook all press releases and maintain a constant supply of articles for the media partners.
