To supervise all the quality control process:
• Inspection process (physical and chemical inspection)
• Conducting daily inspection regarding hygiene and sanitation conditions of all production areas, storage areas etc.
• Implementation of pest management program
• Coordinating with engineering department to implement preventive and corrective maintenance
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local regulatory laws / international standards in Food safety.
• Evaluate the corrective actions taken for the non-conformance noted during the audits.
• Review and follow up on the microbiological results from food laboratory.
• Manage and maintain the traceability system established.
• Conduct training in food safety and hygiene for the food handlers.
• Finished product stability following up process (post production stability study).
• To perform method analysis validation and process capability.
• Periodical internal calibration of some of QC lab tools.
• To create Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) related to system or process.
• To create risk assessment for all process according to HACCP
Responsible to. (Concerned with pre-formulation, formulation of solid dosage forms of drugs, Production Troubleshooting)
To: Performs a wide variety of Laboratory tasks and experiments.
To: Prepare Master Formulae (MF) of solid dosage forms.
To: Applying literature review before starting any product manufacturing.
To: Responsible for all trials for new products before starting production.
Responsible To check the input raw materials and do the melting point test to show it can enter the factory or not.
To check the component of the mixture of raw materials that enter the machine if it is the correct components or not.
To check the output roll films and do tests on it such as its width, thickness, and its blurring and do it’s COF test to show it has the correct percent of slip or not.
To follow up the roll film in the printer machine.
To check the roll after the printing on the cut machine and check its length, weight
And finally to do the daily report to record data.
