Job Description
- Heading the alliance of Egyptian life takaful company at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank
- Manage the overall bancassurance business with the bank as a single point of Contact.
- Develop strategies and business plan with measurable & actionable goals to drive revenue growth
- Monitoring Bancassurance performance for taking measures to achieve budget KPI’s
- Responsible to achieve the company objectives of Sales and market share.
- Deal with the internal departments on day to day activities of the banks and set up effective operations process flow in close co-ordination with the banks and our Operations department.
- Provide effective support to the business by ensuring the compliance to all the processes and service level agreements (SLA) which will significantly reflects on the sales channels productivity
- Train, guide, direct, support and manage the team of designated Insurance Planners
- Manage, monitor and evaluate sales promotional activities, client events, focus group events
- Develop tools and sales tactics to enhance sales opportunities. Evaluate and counter competition activities
- Train and support the banks sales team on bancassurance products and sales Skills etc
- Sales Quality Assurance for sustainable Bancassurance relationships and account retention
- Develop and maintain relationships with the bank management
- Explore and develop opportunities in new channels such as Direct Marketing, corporate and branch life with in the bank to increase the penetration of insurance.
- Expanding Distribution Network by Identifying market opportunities, Launching & establishing new products & catalyzing value strategies to generate volumes
- Recruit and select suitable candidates for the Insurance Planner role

Job Description:
 Selling different CIL products (Bancassurance) long and medium term saving plans.
