•Managing traffic with the number of UE's in a UTRAN network with better handling of traffic for better PS UL and DL throughput and HSDPA/HSUPA mean UE number per cell.
•Analyzing DT reports for measuring the levels CPICH, Ec/Io, and RSCP to check for high interference cells thats increase the noise floor across the cluster and need based tilt adjustments.
•Tool usage of Huawei M2000, Huawei LMT, Huawei Probe and M2000 WCDMA extracting online reports.
