• Plan and supervise maintenance activities of Reduction Furnace, Product Cooler, Reformer, and Material Handling equipment of Direct Reduction plant.
• Development and supervision of preventive maintenance activities for capital and rebuild-able assets to reduce production downtime.

• Monitoring of projects and shutdown sub-contracts to avoid cost and time overrun.

• Manage maintenance plans in Oracle based ERP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Identify and develop improvements in maintenance operating standards for continuous improvement.
