Procurement:

• Ensuring that there are no deviations in day to day routine planning.
• Preparing all documents, Manual Doc, Shipments docs, LC doc, to be sent on time
• Maintaining monthly TEU’S reports.
• Communication with Customer for the delivery and pick up of the shipments.

• Independently handling all activities including pricing related to export Shipments
• Negotiating freight rates for all business associates to various Countries of the world from UAE.
• Negotiating freight rates with the shipping lines, to keep away General Rate Increase and other surcharges levied.
• Maintaining freight rates on long-term validity basis, since rates are escalating.
• Quoting the best-filled freight to our Group Companies, so as to increase sales / biz.
