1) Ensure compliance of end-to-end cost effective Supply Chain Operations of 200+ SKU’s that includes Fats, Butter, Margarine & consumer packs with cold chain & Dry & Logistics Operations for B2B and National distributors.
2) S&OP cycle - Lead & Implement monthly S&OP cycle.
3) Manage operations department's daily activities such as sales order processing, delivery scheduling, returns, arrivals and receiving, etc. in order to contribute to achieve the overall company objectives.
4) Design, develop, and implement warehouse, distribution and logistics improvement plans. Execute the improvement plans
5) Manage labor costs, personnel productivity, inventory levels, data accuracy and stocking relation to minimize FOH, Business capital and maintain cash flows.
6) Review and analyse inventories reports to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, and optimize customer service
7) Procurement - Lead Procurement function where I have to focus on “best quality at optimum cost” & manage budget of Rs. 1 Billions PKR approx. in account of RM, PM & indirect material buying.
8) Toll Manufacturing (Soap) - Manage entire IN/OUT operational activity of Soap toll manufacturing (forecast to distributer end).
9) Projects (Seed extraction plant) - Installation & commissioning of new crushing plant. Manage local & import buying for the project.
10) Report regularly on supply chain key performance indicators as per company’s objectives. Ensure KPIs are used to prioritize and evaluate performance improvement initiatives and plans.
11) Plan future capacity requirements according to the accorded annual budgetary targets for the year
12) Select and develop competent and motivated staff, identify developmental needs, help them improve their knowledge, skills and performance through coaching and mentoring techniques
13) Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment

1) Manage production planning and ensure optimum level of finished goods availability nationwide in order to maintain MSL of regional warehouses for:
• 39 Retail finished goods SKU’s
• 11 Industrial Business finished goods SKU’s
2) Calculate quarterly demand of oil requirement & share with Bulk Oil Trading department for oil buying, focusing 15 days oil inventory.
3) Implement S&OP of consumer SKU, with fortnightly review with marketing & sales team of all business unit heads to build accuracy of sales forecasts.
4) Maintain and execute computer systems for Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Capacity Requirement Planning (CRP), sales and distribution in consultation with IT department.
5) Responsible for weekly and monthly production planning of 3 production units i.e. “ Canfilling / Margarine / Oil Refinery” by converting quarterly sales forecasts to real time demand plans at SKU level through historical sales pattern, promotion program and marketing inputs in respect of RM/PM/FG & devise interventions to improve the KPI on working capital.
6) Ensure oils & Fats availability to facilitate timely tanker dispatches as per advised blend formulations by various clients (Haleeb, Engro Foods, Continental Biscuits, Unilever, Kolson, Tripple EM).
7) Fulfil OTIF (On-Time Inventory Full), Fleet productivity & calculate Stock availability index of all warehouses.
8) Supply Planning - Monitor, maintain and raise timely Purchase Requisition for packaging material/raw material to service production plans. While keeping in view Inventory turnover should be above then 1.5.
9) Develop measures compute SKU-wise service-levels in order to measure production plan conformance (PPC).

1) Ensure OTIF (On-Time Inventory Full) greater then 95% on movement by focusing 90% fleet productivity to industrial customer.
2) Preparing & arrange daily Tankers Movement report, preparing weekly Lifting report.

4) Monitoring client’s under-lifting and over-lifting status.
