Job Description:
• As Relationship Manager/Credit Analyst:
1. Enhancing business relationships with all corporate clients in my portfolio by providing personalized customer service .
2. Directly interacting with diverse businesses ranging from textiles, petroleum, foods, construction and indirectly with many others.Petroleum customers include Shell Pakistan, Sitara Petroleum.
3. Assisting audit teams in conducting audit of Corporate Clients confirming that banking operations are being carried out as per Prudential & Regulations of State Bank of Pakistan(SBP).
4. Worked at SAP system and implementation of it at NBP for maintaining accounts and record of employees. system. Attended official training for operating SAP system.
5. Fulfilling all the documentation requirements for issuance of disbursement authorization certificate for disbursement of credit facilities to corporate clients.
6. Preparing audit replies after summarizing the audit findings and submitting it to the audit department with recommendations & guideline to regularize the position as per PRs of SBP.
7. Preparing of financial statements as per International Accounting Standards & IFRSs.
8. Preparing new credit proposals for fresh financial facilities as well as renewals financial facilities for exiting corporate clients as per credit policy of State Bank of Pakistan.
9. Reviewing existing portfolio and recommending appropriate credit facilities in line with the credit policy. Also professionally analyzing the corporate accounts in the light of account behavior and market feedback.
10. Analyze and evaluate the proposal and information given by the customer such as project reports, feasibility reports, balance sheet, cash flows etc. to structure the credit lines balancing the risk and reward.
11. Regularly monitoring the loan portfolio and ensure its compatibility with profitability objectives and risk management guidelines.
12. Implementing and maintaining control aspects.i.e. Financial analysis of statement of accounts, documentation, and periodical client visits/call reports, stock inspections and formal credit checks/informal market feedback to monitor the assigned portfolio effectively.
13. Ensuring timely recovery of markups from the corporate clients through better communication and due diligence. Thus preventing the portfolio from becoming bad.
14. Preparing bank accounts on monthly end regularly and preparing payroll of staff for payment.
15. Posting of cheques daily in MISYS banking operating system.
16. Participating in the preparation of annual budget of the corporate branch by giving recommendations for efficient funds management.
17. Preparing and submission of MIS reports on regular basis as required by Head office.
18. Processing daily forex inward/outward payments with NBP New York, USA for dollars, NBP Frankfurt, Germany for Euros and United National Bank London, UK for Pounds.
19.Processing import transactions including opening of LCs as well as handling the import documents for the goods imported.

Position: Assistant manager Credit/operations.
Duties: 1. Assisting the credit/operations manager in client service.
2. Developed a framework for weekly reporting of 12 credit branches coming in the area of my area manager. Efficiently managing customers without any complaint.
3. Operating MISYS banking software and was given my own ID acknowledging my skills.
4. Got appreciation letter for marketing new clients and low cost deposits.
5. Arranging meetings for the area manager for marketing Government accounts using my contacts.
6. Account opening of new clients keeping in view the bank policies and requirements of the bank. Implementing AML laws while account opening.
7. Assisting Credit manager for preparing credit proposals for renewal/fresh grant.
I am doing MS Project Management and is expected to complete in 2014.This will add to my expertise of corporate finance to management of projects.
