• Develop job descriptions for key employees;
• Assist in the hiring of key employees including sales manager, financial manager and maintenance manager; - Advise on corporate branding and setting the general corporate identity (coordinating with other advisors was part of the scope);
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators for key employees (the scope includes yearly assessment of performance vs. KPIs and setting the balanced score card); and
• Advise on establishing a platform for customer relationship management (CRM).
