• Provide accurate and real time flight status and fare quote as inquired by client/passenger.
• Assist passenger on other travel services such as hotel bookings, tours, travel insurance, meet and assist service, etc.
• Keep myself abreast of the information by taking notes on the airlines’ circulars, attending road shows and familiarization trips.
