Following are my main responsibilities:
• Managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls;
• Deals with deliveries and couriers;
• Receiving and directing visitors. Make sure that every visitor fills the register;
• Maintain petty cash. Keep record of daily receipts and expenses and prepare the daily report;
• Keep a check on the office supplies. Monitor the inflow and outflow and maintain records;
• Prepare official letters, document etc. on MS Word and prepare basis Excel work sheets (e.g. performing staff overtime calculations etc.) and power point presentations;
• Making LPOs and inquiries to suppliers;
• Making travel arrangements and hotel reservations;
• Performing various HR tasks such as maintaining attendance record, maintaining and follow up of employees leave forms, maintaining employees’ personal files etc.;
• Assisting the PRO for any human resource works and presentations (e.g. distribution of salary slips etc.);
• Maintain and control various files and documents;
• Oversee the general inbox (emails) as well as handle queries relating to the business;
• Any other tasks assigned by Management.
My responsibilities included the following:
• Expedite front lines, direct flow of customers, and ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer and provide them with information about products and/or services;
• Perform cashiering function in accordance with company policies and procedures and ensure that cash, credit card receipts, promotion vouchers are properly maintained, thus enabling a smooth shift closing;
• Respond to customer's complaints and resolve their issues;
• Perform cashiering at Candy bar (food & drinks);
• Focus on team work and help and train new and junior staff;
• Ensure that assets, cash, property, equipment, inventory are properly handled/accounted for;
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
