1. Make Reservations and assisting the customers with planning in the booking, help to process payments, send the details and confirmation to the customer. Assisting the customer when issues arise regarding on his booking to sort out the issue.
2. Providing customer service and knowledge on the services which includes the selling or promoting.
3. Sell Services and Product encouraged the customer to upsell and offering additional services or special packages.
1. To act as the first point of contact for customers, dealing effectively with requests,
answering queries, taking responsibility for processing each enquiry through to a
satisfactory conclusion.
2. To demonstrate an understanding of complex processes, specialized skills and
technical knowledge by fully utilizing software systems (CRM Customer
Relationship management).
3. To contact customers in accordance with agreed procedures, e.g. customer
satisfaction surveys.
4. To liaise with other members of staff where complex issues require their assistance
including arranging appointments for customers where necessary.
5. Maintain accurate, up to date and appropriate records. Provide clerical and
administrative duties as required.
6. Provide switchboard cover as required.
7. Delivery of an effective and appropriate service to all service users, fairly and
without discrimination, maintaining relationships and support with other
departments.
8. To take payments in accordance with the Councils’ rules and regulations.
9. To handle a range of different situations and react accordingly with tact
diplomacy and empathy to diffuse potentially tense confrontations in a positive
and calm manner.
10. As a term of your employment you can be required to undertake such other
duties commensurate with your grade, and/or hours of work, as may reasonably
be required of you at your initial place of work or at any other of the Authority’s
establishments.
